width and length of a beam and column

I am constructing a residential building of Ground + 2 floor in a area 27x25 ft.
It has 8 columns and the columns pattern (No. of column in each row) is 2-3-3 i.e. first Row- 2, Second Row -3 and Third Row-3.

The distance between two columns in first row is 27 ft. and the size of the column is 14" x 9".

I would like to know the size of the Beam (width and length) which can support the load between 2 columns of first row having
distance of 27 ft.

How many steel rod (TMT) and of what diameter must be required to support the load of Gr + 2 floor,

For example :
6 of 20mm or }
4 of 20mm and 2 of 16mm or }
6 of 16mm or } size of beam 14" X 9" or more
4 of 16mm and 2 of 12 mm }
